The Rural market we serve in Northwestern Minnesota varies from rich agricultural land in the west to State Forests, in the east, with abundant White Tail Deer and the best walleye fishing on Lake of the Woods to the North. We appraise manufactured, modular, log, Frame built, new construction, farms,ranches, hunting land, farm land, hobby farms, vacation homes, waterfront properties and small commercial. We also do some land acquisition appraisals for goverment & private firms.

I am certified in Minnesota (# available on request)  Certified FHA, VA  and have the availability to work with a Certified General Appraiser if it is necessary. Work with many national lenders, local and area Banks, Watershed Districts, Attorneys.
